The Householders Comprehensive Insurance covers the contents of private dwelling and the valuables on All Risk Basis Fire and Theft risks. The policy is ideal for TOP EXECUTIVE AND DIRECTORS.

Other risks covered by the policy include: 

–        Legal liability as tenant (to owners and visitors)

–        Burglary (cash may be restricted to an agreed amount)

–        Breakage of mirrors

• Larceny may be included on request

Whilst the Householder’s policy covers the contents of private dwelling, the House owners Comprehensive Insurance provides cover to the building itself against;

• Fire and Special Perils
• Legal liability to the public and tenants
• Damage by burglars
• Loss of rent
• Damage to under ground services
• Architects and Surveyors fees.

This type of policy is suitable for the owner–occupier and the rate of premium is 0.5%.
